K. Barrett Luxhoj

Barrett is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Construction and Government and Public Sector teams. He focuses his practice in the areas of construction, business disputes and government contracting. Barrett is an experienced civil litigator and has served as an associate general counsel.

Barrett represents individuals and corporations in a wide range of complex litigation matters. His experience includes state and federal jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals. Additionally, Barrett provides advice and counsel to corporate clients on transitional and operational issues unique to their field and industry.
