Ethan W. Smith

Ethan is a member of the firm’s healthcare, litigation, and government and public sector practice groups. Prior to joining CWM, Ethan worked for a general litigation firm where he represented school districts and municipalities in the defense of matters before the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission. Ethan has also served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Norfolk, Virginia. He graduated from the Virginia Military Institute in 2019 with honors and from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 2022. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys being active and watching the Buffalo Bills.
